An AMAZING Orange County high school football game featuring Trabuco Hills @ Laguna Hills. Trabuco Hills was down 28 – 21, late in the 4th quarter, driving the length of the field with a couple minutes to go in the game, ultimately scoring on a deep corner route with less than 1 minute to play. Being down by 1 point (28 – 27) before the PAT, Trabuco Hills decided to go for the WIN and went for a 2 point conversion…..Trabuco Hills converted the PAT and went up 29 – 28. Trabuco Hills kicked off and for the first time all night, kicked it short of the end zone. Logan Montgomery and Branson Weems from Laguna Hills were back to receive. I was blessed to coach Logan and Branson…..great kids in Pop Warner over the years. Logan received the kick-off at the 1 yard line and returned it 99 yards for the game winner! Unbelievable! The crowd went crazy! Phenominal ballgame!
