While the Colts almost take the title thanks to their fake punt (or whatever you call what they did) against the Patriots in 2015, this title goes to Jim Zorn and Washington in 2009. Against the New York Giants, down 24-0 with 2 seconds left in the first half, Washington lined up for a field goal, before attempting an absolute embarrassment of a play. Just…it’s just the worst.
